Article 50(2) (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses)
No one shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the website without the prior consent from website operator or administrator.
No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Clause 1.
No person shall use the email address for the information transmission knowing that it is prohibited to collect, sell and distribute under the provisions of Clause 1 and 2.
Article 74 (Penal Provisions) A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be fined not more than 10 million won. .
A person who displays, sells, or displays for sale in violation of the provisions of Article 8 (4).
A person who distributes, sells, leases, or displays obscene codes, words, sounds, images, or videos in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 1.
A person who repeatedly reaches the other party with codes, words, sounds, images or videos that cause fear or anxiety in violation of the provisions of Article 44-7 (1) 3.
A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50(6).
A person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50(8).
A person who uses e-mail addresses for collection, sales, distribution, or information transmission in violation of Article 50(2).
A person who has transmitted advertising information in violation of Article 50(8).
A person who fails to report changes in registration matters, transfer or transfer of business, or merger or inheritance, in violation of Article 53 (4).
